Thamesgate Group’s Electrical Division provides all aspects of Electrical Contracting Services through our NICEIC approved team of electricians and electrical engineers, all of whom are compliant with the latest IEE and Health & Safety Regulations. Typical projects cover the full spectrum of electrical installations within datacentres, server rooms, public sector buildings, including hospitals, industrial, commercial, hotel and retail environments:

• Electrical Design & Installation: Includes full testing, inspection, certification, fault finding and rectification
• Testing & Inspection Service: Includes fixed wire, emergency lighting, fire alarm and portable appliance (PAT) testing
• Network Cabling Design & Installations: Includes Cat 5(e), Cat 6, Cat 7 and Fibre Optic installations

Our Approach

As part of the installation process, the appointed Thamesgate Project Manager will ensure that all work is carried out to approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Disruption of the day-to-day operation is minimal, through out of hours scheduling or process organisation. A full system handover is provided on completion, including general operation training. Further training can be arranged where necessary, together with detailed O&M Manuals, technical drawings and service documentation.

All systems supplied by Thamesgate are from approved partners and are supported by full Service and Maintenance Contracts and 24/7 hour emergency call out and response facilities.

Electrical Contractors Experience

Thamesgate have extensive electrical contracting experience covering commercial, industrial and educational premises. Typical projects range from simple upgrades to full installations and new builds. As an NICEIC registered contractor, Thamesgate is approved to work with and alongside Local Authority Building Control Departments.
